The terms of using YouCRMit.
Effective: 2026-05-061. Acceptance
By accessing or using YouCRMit (operated by Mabaso), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What YouCRMit is and isn't
YouCRMit is a managed CRM service: we ingest your existing communication history, run a pipeline against it to produce a deduplicated contact graph and per-contact AI personas, and operate that pipeline on an ongoing basis.
YouCRMit is not a real-time event-streaming platform. Activity is captured on a polling cadence (typically hourly); freshness is human-scale, not millisecond-scale.
YouCRMit is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for human judgment. AI-generated personas and suggestions are informational outputs to assist you; they are not professional advice.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service. You agree to provide accurate and current information, and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. OAuth and connected services
To operate, YouCRMit requests OAuth scopes against connected Google accounts: gmail.readonly, calendar.readonly, and drive.readonly. These are read-only scopes. The use of data obtained under these scopes is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may revoke YouCRMit's access at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Revocation halts ingestion immediately.
5. Customer data ownership
You own the database that holds your CRM data, the content within it, and any personas or other derived outputs generated for you. The license you grant YouCRMit is solely the operational license needed to run the service: read your connected sources, write to your database, and operate the pipeline. We do not train AI or ML models on your data.
You retain export rights at all times. The customer's Supabase project belongs to the customer; if you terminate the service, you keep the database.
6. Acceptable use
- No use of the service for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any applicable law.
- No use of OAuth scopes to access data the connecting user is not authorized to access.
- No scraping, bulk extraction, or other automated access at scales beyond the user's own connected accounts.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from the service.
- No interference with the security or integrity of the service or any other user's tenant.
7. Fees and billing
YouCRMit is offered at managed-service tiers; specific pricing is published on the main site. Setup fees are charged one-time at engagement; recurring service fees are billed monthly in advance. Non-payment may result in suspension of the service after a reasonable cure period.
Fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes other than those on YouCRMit's net income.
8. Service availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no service-level agreement at current tiers. Planned maintenance and unplanned downtime are possible. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with thirty (30) days' written notice. After termination, you retain access to your data via your Supabase project for at least thirty (30) days to facilitate export. After that period, on your written request, we will delete operational records consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend the service immediately if continued operation would violate law, threaten the security of the service or other users, or result from non-payment that has not been cured.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouCRMit disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of YouCRMit arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you to YouCRMit in the trailing twelve (12) months. In no event shall YouCRMit be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
Each party will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party from third-party claims arising out of the indemnifying party's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or material breach of these terms. The indemnified party must provide prompt notice of the claim and reasonable cooperation. Standard carve-outs apply: no party indemnifies for damages caused by the other party's modifications, misuse, or combination of the service with materials not provided by the indemnifying party.
13. Changes to terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we will notify the account holder by email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications) will be reflected in an updated effective date at the top of this page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or related to these terms.
